Woodcock is one of eight converted barns located on the edge of the Waveney Valley, all situated on a working arable and diary farm.
Located on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, these properties have been carefully renovated to retain many of their original features including fine beams, whilst adding many modern touches.
Woodcock offers perfect accommodation for families and friends alike. There is an open plan beamed sitting/dining room with well equipped kitchen area. Three spacious bedrooms await, with two bathrooms.
Wheatacre Hall Barns has everything you need for your stay, with guests able to make use of all of the amenities on site, these include a communal hot tub, fitness suite, games room, soft play barn, woodland areas and even a wonderful farm shop on site.

A wonderful spacious room for guests to come together and enjoy. the sitting area offers two three-seater sofas, Smart TV and french doors opening out onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a double oven with four ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Meals can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table comfortably seating six.

Featuring a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
First Floor
Carpeted stairs with hand rail lead up to the first floor landing area.
Bedroom 1
With a beautiful exposed brick wall, featuring a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool.
Bedroom 2
Offering beautiful exposed original features, this room has a 5' zip and link bed (can be made into twins upon request), with bedside tables and lamps. There are fitted wardrobes for your belongings.
Bathroom
Offering both a walk in shower cubical, bath, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 3
Perfect for both adults and children to enjoy, with two full size single beds with beds tables and lamps. Their is a fitted wardrobe for your belongings.
Garden
Woodcock offers a wonderful garden area for guests to enjoy, steps lead from the open plan area onto the patio area. There is an outdoor table and chairs and charcoal BBQ for guests to enjoy dining alfresco.
Amenities
Wheatacre Hall Barns has everything you need for your stay, with guests able to make use of all of the amenities on site, these include a communal hot tub, fitness suite, games room, soft play barn, woodland areas and even a wonderful farm shop on site. The hot tub is bookable on the day with slots available from 6am - 10pm daily, with a quiet site after 10pm.
In addition guests can swim free of charge at Waveney River Centre

Wheatacre is a civil parish in Norfolk resting just a short distance from the coastal town of Lowestoft. This quaint village enjoys close proximity to the River Waveney as well as Wheatacre Marshes. This parish has a beautiful All Saints Church, which has truly stood the test of time with its traditional and calming interior. There is also a local Farm Shop which is well equipped with plenty of produce for you to stock up on. Dining options include the Wheatacre White Lion which enjoys a rustic interior making it a delightful sport for a drink and some pub grub. Places of interest nearby include Beccles Marshes and Herringfleet Windmill. Within easy access of Wheatacre is the coastal village of Lowestoft which has a host of attractions such as its own Maritime Museum for history enthusiasts, Lowestoft Ness Point for panoramic views out to sea and South Beach, which means a trip to the sandy shores is not too far away!
