Rippleway is and exceptionally spacious detached house with a large living room which opens onto the garden; a family room and sunny kitchen dining area with an additional utility room – perfect for dumping beach gear in! All the bedrooms are a good size; there’s a twin room on the ground floor with a family bathroom and separate cloakroom close by; the remainder of the accommodation is on the first floor with a master bedroom and en suite shower room with underfloor heating; plus twin and king size bedrooms close to a family shower room.
Walberswick is a conservation village in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a stunning sweeping beach, marshlands, and heathland just a short walk from Rippleway. Two superb pubs, tearooms and gift shops around the quaint village green are all close by and the house itself is located down a private drive and has ample parking.
Ground Floor
Hall
Guests are welcomed into a porch, with a small room at the side for coats, footwear, and beach gear. A second door opens into a spacious hall with doors leading to the family room, living room, kitchen dining area, ground floor bedroom, cloakroom, bathroom, and the staircase.
Living Room
Super sunny south facing room with French windows opening onto the garden for the summer months and an open fire to keep you warm in the winter. The room’s furnished with a selection of sofas and chairs for relaxing. There is free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station for your entertainment, plus a bookcase with good choice of reading material and some games.
Family Room
This double aspect room is designed for relaxing in and enjoying entertainment provided with a smart TV, blu ray player, smart TV & blu ray player.
Kitchen
A spacious light room with wooden floor throughout, this room has been renovated and extended to bring you a gorgeous dining area, complete with a large wooden table with 8 dining chairs, with large skylight above, a perfect space for entertaining. Down the right-hand side of the room you have fi-bold doors, with an additional door at the end, bringing the outside inside, these doors open up onto the beautiful patio and garden areas, perfect for enjoying in the summer months. Equipment includes a fridge and separate freezer, integrated dishwasher, a Rangemaster, free standing microwave and flat screen TV.

Conveniently next to the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer.

Guests can park in the driveway where there is space for two cars. A path from the drive leads round the house to the newly built kitchen/dining area and additional double doors for the living room.
Rippleway’s south-facing garden is almost a third of an acre, mostly laid to lawn surrounded by well-established hedges, shrubs, and mature trees giving almost total privacy. There’s a large patio area, furnished with a table, 6 chairs and a bench that seats two, this is located just off of the kitchen/diner – ideal for dining alfresco.

A delightful coastal village set at the mouth of the River Blyth in the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve. This place is perfect for a chilled break by the sea. It offers a small range of delightful shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to choose from. The nearest town is Southwold just a short trip over the River Blyth, it offers a good selection of amenities as well as a museum and a light house. The city of Norwich is also accessible and is well worth a visit. Walberswick is one of the few places in the UK with very little light pollution.
