“Overall a nice stay in Thorpeness.”

Great location, brilliant pub nearby, beach walks very close also. The house overall was a good base but we felt a bit let down by the cleanliness. There was a vase with mouldy old flowers left on the window ledge, the windows both back and front where filthy, highlighted even more by the beautiful sunny days we had! A few of the mugs that we pulled out the cupboard where filthy. You also have a leaky kitchen tap, it was dripping constantly from the moment we arrived. Very annoying when ...

Very annoying when trying to read a book in the living room. Would gave reported but time just got away from us and we wanted to enjoy the trip rather than feeling like we were having to advise for a plumber! The double bed in the first floor en suite room wasn't a very comfortable experience for my parents.... it's noisy; creaking everytime you move! We had a pleasant week, but would not return to this property.
