    We stayed at this property Thursday night till Monday, unfortunately we came home early because the noise from next door, number 23 kept us awake, not sure who was staying or living there, but there was shouting, loud music, loud footsteps , in the night it would wake my dog up, which he then would bark. There was also kids riding around out the alley near the garden. It didn’t make our stay pleasant, so we left Sunday morning, which was a shame.

At the rear of the property is the open kitchen/dining area with door onto the courtyard garden. In additional there is a stylish bathroom suite. Sitting Room A fantastic room located at the front of the property. The sitting room space for the whole party to come together and relax. Complete with a period exposed brick feature fireplace this room offers three Scandinavian style sofas on wooden flooring, coffee table and TV with freesat for your entertainment. Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Room A beautiful newly fitted kitchen awaits the chef of the family. Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday.
