    Clean and welcome pack was lovely. Could do with an outside light, as very dark with minimal street lighting. Overall excellent and would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located on the ground floor is a shower room, ideal for washing off those sandy toes after a day at the beach. On the first floor are two fantastic bedrooms and family bathroom. Down into the basement is a cleverly designed 'Den', ideal for children looking to hang out and enjoy movie nights, with two built in bunk beds. Basement Accessed via a staircase from the sitting area. 'The Den' (Bedroom 3) Offering a space for the grown up children to enjoy, complete with two sets of custom made bunk beds. Why not have a family movie night whilst enjoying the 65'' Smart TV, relaxing on the sofa and beanbags. Sure to be the hub of the home, with seating area overlooking the sumptuous sea views. There are two three-seater sofas, two arm chairs, 42'' Smart TV and warming wood-burning stove. When meal times call, the chef of the party will enjoy cooking up those culinary delights in this small but perfectly formed kitchen, complete with an electric oven with four ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. Meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table comfortably seating eight, with Portmeirion crockery and Robert Welch cutlery. Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
