The property
Located in one of Southwold's most iconic locations, directly by the Harbour, giving you picturesque views over Blackshore Quay, which is a hive of activity with a variety of fishing boats. Ground Floor
Entering from the harbour side, through the entrance porch, with the stairs in front of you, living room to your left and dining room to your right. There are large steps taking you up and over the sea defence into the courtyard.
Kitchen
Located at the rear of the property, this long kitchen is the ideal place to cook up a storm. There is an electric oven, with four ring hob and extractor fan above, dishwasher, 50/50 fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Utility Room
Located through the kitchen, an ideal space for storing your coats and wellie boots. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in here, and a door leading out onto the garden. .
Dining Room
With a fantastic grand wooden table and eight chairs, with views over the harbour, the perfect space for quality meals together.
Sitting Room
With large full width window, framing the most magical views. There are three two-seater sofa's, and array of side tables, coffee table and both table and floor lamps, 32'' and a Smart TV. There is a wood-burning stove, perfect for those cooler winter months, imagine sitting back, fire roaring and watching the view.
Conservatory
With door leading onto the front courtyard, there are two wicker chairs and side table, the ideal spot to sit and read a good book with a cuppa (or glass of wine).
Cloakroom
Located off of the kitchen, featuring a WC and washbasin.
First Floor
Carpeted, slightly steep stairs lead up to the first floor landing.
Bedroom 1
Located at the front of the property, with views out over the Harbour. This room features a double bed, with bedside tables and lamps. There is a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings. Within this room is a sink and shower cubical.
Bedroom 2
Located at the front of the property, with Harbour views. This room has two wooden single beds, with bedside table and lamp between. There is a large chest of drawers for your belongings, along with a full length mirror on the wall, and chair beneath.
Family Bathroom
This unique shaped room features a sink, WC and bath with shower above.
Bedroom 3
Located at the rear of the property, with views of the marshes and of Southwold. The smaller of the three bedrooms, this room has a two wooden single beds, with bedside table and lamp between. There is a chest of drawers for your belongings.
Outside
At the front of the property there is a patio area offering your panoramic views of the harbour. There is a large wooden table and chairs, complete with parasol.
Parking can be found a few steps away at the Harbour. Please note this is on a first come, first served basis.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
