14 Dunwich Road is a truly beautiful Victorian family holiday with original features located in a prime position on Dunwich Road. On the ground floor you have two expansive reception rooms with an array of seating, with a large kitchen/diner at the rear of the property. Stairs lead you up to the first floor where you have three generous sized bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a separate family bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard garden with seating, perfect for dining alfresco.
Ground Floor
You are welcomed into the long hallway where you will find two reception rooms, cloakroom and kitchen/dining room at the rear.
Sitting Room
14 Dunwich Road boasts a double sitting room with period features including two feature fireplaces, high ceilings and ceiling roses, perfect for families to sit and enjoy. This double aspect room has a gorgeous bay window at the front, and garden views at the rear, both allowing light to fill the room.
In the front section of the living room, there is ample seating to enjoy, with a two seater sofa, two arm chairs with side table positioned in the bay window, and additional lounge chair.
In the rear section you have a large two seater sofa and separate lounge chair. There is a 32'' flat screen TV connected to youview.
Kitchen/Dining Room
The kitchen/dining area is a bright and spacious room to enjoy quality meals together. There is a large wooden table, with four wooden chairs and large bench seat. Light fills this room through the two large sash windows with colourful blinds.
The kitchen is well equipped, with all of the mod-cons you need to cook up some culinary delights. The room boasts an electric oven with four ring gas hob, 50/50 fridge-freezer, microwave, integrated dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
A door leads out onto the beautiful courtyard garden.
Cloakroom
Located through the kitchen towards the rear of the property. This room has a WC, wash basin and a cupboard whuch houses the washing machine and boiler.
First Floor
Partially carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing area, with three bedrooms (one with en-suite) and family bathroom.
Bedroom 1
Located at the front of the property, with views across Dunwich Road, and with sea views at an angle. The beautiful bay window and high ceilings create a bright and spacious room. There is a wooden king size bed, with bedside tables and lamps. The room boasts a large armchair in the bay window, perfect for sitting back with one of the books on offer, of alternatively sit back and enjoy the view. There is a built in cupboard for you to store all of your belongings in.
En-suite Shower Room
Featuring a shower cubical, wash basin with mirror above, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2
With views across the courtyard garden. This room has two full size single beds, with a bedside table and lamp between and feature fireplace.
Family Bathroom
This room features a stylish bathroom suite, including a bath with shower above, wash basin with mirror above and WC.
Bedroom 3
Located at the rear of the property, with gorgeous views of the lighthouse. This room has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a fabric wardrobe for you to store your belongings.
Outside
14 Dunwich Road boasts a fabulous enclosed courtyard garden with rear access, with gorgeous flower beds and the added addition of lighthouse views. There is a wooden table and chairs, two separate chairs, and beautiful wooden bench for you to enjoy - all perfect for dining alfresco, enjoying your morning coffee, or even an afternoon glass of wine!
The property doesn't have any allocated parking, however there is on-street parking availability on Dunwich Road, Stradbroke Road and North Parade.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
