The property

Bluebelle Cottage is a gorgeous adults only property located on the Smyth View development, in the pretty and popular village of Peasenhall, a perfect location for exploring all that Suffolk has to offer. On the ground floor is a bright and well equipped kitchen, cloakroom, cosy living room and light and airy garden room, which acts as a dining room. On the first floor you have two spacious double bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside is a private south facing courtyard, perfect for dining alfresco. The magnificent parish church is just steps away and it's just a short walk to the village stores, a renowned delicatessen, family butcher and, a little further to the award-winning Sibton White Horse. Ground floor Entering into the garden room which leads onto the sitting room and kitchen. Kitchen With front aspect views, this wonderfully well equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up those culinary delights. This room has all of the mod-cons needed to make the most out of this self-catering accommodation, with oven, electric hob with extractor fan above, 50/50 fridge-freezer, washer drier, slim line dishwasher and most importantly a Nespresso coffee machine. Sitting Room A calm and cosy space to sit back with a glass of wine and unwind, light floods through the window and glass door leading out onto the garden room. There are two stylish two-seater sofa's with scatter cushions, an oak coffee table and side tables with decorative touch lamps. There is a large 50'' TV for your entertainment. Within this room is a large storage cupboard. Garden Room/Dining Room An ideal space to enjoy all year round, with under floor heating to create a warm environment in the winter, and open up the windows and doors in the summer to bring the outside inside. This room has an array of decorative coastal touches, with beautiful wicker and glass dining table with two chairs and bench seat, perfect for those long lunches. Cloakroom With wash basin and WC. First floor Carpeted stairs lead you up to the first floor landing, with two bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 1 With rear aspect views, this L-shaped room features a luxurious double bed with bedside tables and decorative lamps. There is a chest of drawers with mirror above, separate luxurious velvet chair and ample built-in storage for your belongings. Bedroom 2 With front aspect views, this room is a wonderful space to end the day with a good book in the comfort of the double bed. There are bedside tables with lamps and for your belongings a slimline wardrobe. Family Bathroom The family bathroom features a bath with hand-held shower above, WC and wash basin. There are also two wall mounted mirrors. Outside The south-facing courtyard garden is the ideal space for dining alfresco and making the most of the great British weather. There is a metal table with four chair, and a small shed for storage, such as bikes. A rear door leads out onto the parking bay where there is private undercover parking for two cars.
