    “When we arrived the house felt warm and cosy.”

    When we had a leak in the shower it was fixed straight away. I was offered a painter to repaint the ceiling which was discoloured with the water which I declined as I'm allergic to paint fumes. During the cold spell I increased the heating and found the warmth released some fleas that were laying dormant. These enjoyed biting my feet and ankles. An offer was made to come round the house and sort it out but I said it was better to leave it until the house was empty. As I was working In ...

I'm still trying to work out the sink in the shower room. As I wet shave, it was a challenge to have a shave but I somehow managed. I enjoyed my stay even with the few problems.

On the second floor is the twin bedroom with WC. Outside boasts not only a beautiful balcony with glimpses of the sea but also a small front courtyard with bench. Ground Floor Entering into the spacious sitting/dining room and kitchen. Please note there is a step up to the front door. Kitchen Offering everything needed to cook up those culinary delights. Mod-cons include an electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, slim dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Sitting/Dining Room A perfect spot to retreat too after a busy day, with a two-seater sofa and arm chair positioned to make the most of the feature fire place and TV with Roku. There is a dining table with two bench seats positioned in the bay window. First Floor Carpeted stairs with hand rail lead up to the first floor landing. Bedroom 1 A bright and tranquil space, featuring a metal framed double bed with bedside table and lamps. There is a freestanding hanging rail with drawer beneath for your belongings. A beautiful balcony is positioned off of the double bedroom, offering an ideal spot for that morning coffee or evening G&T, enjoying the sound and glimpses of the sea. Shower Room Featuring a shower with hand-held attachment, wash basin and WC. Second Floor Please note the stairs to the second floor are steep and there is no handrail Bedroom 2 Featuring two full size single beds. WC With a wash basin and WC. Outside 11a Manning Road offers both a small front courtyard with bench seating and a balcony with bistro table and chairs for guests to enjoy. On-road parking is available along Manning Road and adjacent side roads.
