    “Ideally located for the area we wished to explore with ample parking for several cars.”

    The house was adequate for the two of us but would have felt cramped if four people were there as listed. Disappointed with the limited storage facilities - no hanging space for clothing and just one chest of drawers in the double room, nothing in the twin room.

Kitchen Located at the rear of the property with garden views. This modern newly fitted kitchen has everything you need to cook up those tasty culinary delights. Featuring an electric oven with four ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Utility Room/Cloakroom Located off the kitchen with a WC, tumble dryer, washing machine and additional storage. Woodbridge is a historic riverside market town boasting an outstanding selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The town has been famous for boatbuilding, rope and sail making since the Middle Ages. The working tide mill is a major attraction and a must visit for anyone staying in the area. The River Deben runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to the National Trust site of Sutton Hoo. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year and is a wonderful place to visit.
