“As you are aware, we had problems with one of the bedroom blinds which could not be closed.”

The property was full of very large cobwebs and on close inspection I felt that things in the top floor bathroom had been missed(around the basin plug hole and on the edge of the shower tray where the door runs) all easily cleaned with a toothbrush! I did not check the other bathrooms as these were being used by other family members. When we left we hoovered the lounge and the carpet looked better than when we had arrived. All small issues that did not spoil our stay (we loved the property) but the blind was a problem which should have been rectified. On a positive note, the property was ideal for our family, beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the pool etc were perfect. We would consider staying again if we could be reassured that things were fully checked before arrival.
