The property

You're welcomed into a bright entrance hall stretching along the back of the house with the large dining/kitchen ahead of you which has double doors as well as a stable door to the courtyard, making it ideal for indoor/outdoor living. The wonderful contemporary living room to your right is great at any time of the year with electric wood burner and TV for cosy cooler months and doors to the south facing garden for balmy days and an additional informal family room. The single bedroom is also on the ground floor with shower room adjacent. There are two staircases leading to the bedrooms on the first floor with the huge master bedroom, family bathroom and twin to one side and additional twin, bunk room and shower room to the other. Parking is at a premium in Aldeburgh and Eldoret is so central that you'll be able to leave your car and enjoy all that the town has to offer with no concerns. Both courtyard style garden areas, well maintained with plants and shrubs, are fully enclosed so ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air and for 'little guests' or four-legged friends to have fun with minimal supervision. Ground Floor Eldoret is effectively a house of two sides so it can be divided to sleep five or opened up to sleep nine comfortably, great for two families who can enjoy a degree of privacy but also congregate for meals etc. A path down the side of the house leads to the front door with a second door opening directly from the parking into the annex. A long cool hall with tiled floor gives access to the kitchen/dining room, living room, single bedroom, shower room and family room. Wide carpeted stairs rise to the first floor on the south side of the house from the main hall and there's a second staircase to the annex twin and bunk bedrooms from a smaller entrance hall where there's a storage room with additional fridge/freezer giving you ample storage for larger groups. Kitchen/Dining Room Lovely big bright sociable space with the kitchen nicely partitioned from the dining area with double doors from the dining area and a stable door from the kitchen to the pretty walled garden, ideal for dining al fresco. The kitchen’s well equipped with an integrated wide Smeg electric oven, microwave, warming drawer, five ring gas hob, dishwasher, and freestanding fridge with three drawer freezer, washing machine, and dryer. A long refectory table takes pride of place in the dining area with eleven chairs. Living Room Directly off the dining area, this super large room has ample seating for the whole family and an eclectic mix of sofas, chairs, and coffee tables, plus a bookcase stacked with a fascinating assortment and a Smart TV with Sky HD, Sky Sports. Double doors open to the south-facing garden. Family Room A great space for the kids, Dads watching the rugby or playing board games with table and chairs. There’s also a couple of sofas, chair, TV, and bookcase stacked with books for you to enjoy. Single Room A quaint carpeted room with a high window; furnished with a single bed that has drawers beneath, bedside shelf and hooks for your clothes. There's also a chest of drawers just outside the room in the hall for additional clothes and the middle cupboard in the hall for additional hanging space and storing suitcases. Shower Room Conveniently next to the single room, with corner shower cubicle with power shower, washbasin, WC, and natural light. First Floor Wide carpeted stairs rise to the first floor of the house where the landing opens to the master bedroom, twin, and family bathroom. Both bedrooms are carpeted and the floor’s lino in the bathroom. Master Bedroom This beautiful big bedroom is furnished with a super king-size bed, bedside tables and ample storage with wardrobes, a tallboy chests of drawers, a dressing table and desk with assortment of chairs and stools. You can catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance through the south-facing windows overlooking the garden. Twin Bedroom A good-sized bedroom with twin beds and storage in a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom Natural light streams into this room which has a bath with hand shower and handrail, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Annex First Floor Carpeted stairs rise from the annex hall to the first-floor landing with two bedrooms and shower room. Annex Twin A light room, overlooking Crespigny Road, with twin beds, chest of drawers, chair and built-in wardrobe. Annex Bunk Room The sky light (with blind) makes this a bright room, simply furnished with bunk beds, side table and chest of drawers. Annex Shower Room Ideal for guests in both bedrooms. Corner shower cubicle WC, washbasin, and natural light from the skylight. Outside This super detached holiday home is set back from Crespigny Road, a side street off the high street, with two parking spaces at the front and path leading running down the side of the house to the front door and a second door opening into the Annex entrance hall.
