The property

Polly's Annexe is a gorgeous, single storey, family friendly barn located in the village of Levington. The perfect place for families to escape to the Suffolk countryside. Its ideal location near the River Orwell is good for exploring Suffolk's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and for activities like bird and wildlife watching, walking and sailing. Close by are the towns of Felixstowe and Woodbridge with their lovely shops and restaurants, and Sutton Hoo, the awe-inspiring ancient royal burial ground of the Anglo-Saxons. Polly's Annexe offers a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area, as well as two bedrooms, with a jack and jill shower room. The garden allows you to catch the evening sun, with a large patio area complete with a seating and BBQ area, shared lawn area, as well as the fantastic addition of a log fired hot tub. Dining Area A large dining table with two bench seats is positioned within easy reach of the kitchen. Bedroom 1 With french doors leading out onto the hot tub area. This light and spacious room features a luxurious king size bed with bedside tables and stylish lamps. There is a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for your belongings. Jack and Jill Shower Room A beautiful modern shower room awaits, featuring a walk in shower, double wash basin and WC. Bedroom 2 Perfect for both adults and children to enjoy. This room has a beautiful four poster wooden bed creating a real statement within the room, with bedside table and lamp in between. There is a chest of drawers and a hanging rail for your belongings. En-suite Shower Room With a walk in shower cubical, wash basin and WC. Outside The most perfect spot to catch the sun and beautiful views on offer. Outside the open plan area is a beautiful patio area with comfortable seating, the most ideal spot to sit and watch the deer, birds and boats. To the side of the annexe is a beautiful area featuring the hot tub with filter. A private farm track leads you to the property. Please note this is not suitable for low or sports cars.
