On the ground floor there is a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, galley kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two connecting bedrooms.

Ground floor:
Living room: The front door leads into a light and airy living room with antique pine furniture, wood-burning stove, a large sofa, two wicker chairs, a director’s chair, and contemporary marine paintings on the walls. There’s a small flat screen TV and a DVD player, original pine floor boards and a cream rug. The living room leads through to a dining room and a kitchen beyond.
Dining room: There’s a glass topped round table with five chairs, an African slate tiled floor, a retro Smeg fridge-freezer and an antique painted pine cupboard for plates to be stored in.
Kitchen: The small galley kitchen has handmade shaker style units and has been cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. There’s a wall mounted electric oven and a ceramic hob, an integrated dishwasher, a Bosch washing/drying machine, a built-in microwave and an extractor fan. Beyond the kitchen is a lobby and the bathroom.
Bathroom: This room has a bath with a shower over it, a w.c. and a hand basin.
First floor: Stairs lead from the living room into bedroom two (there’s a door at the bottom of the stairs.)
Bedroom 2: A single ‘walk through’ bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. There’s an antique pine chest of drawers and a white painted wardrobe. Access to Bedroom 1 is through this bedroom, up three steps and through a slightly low doorway.
Bedroom 1: A lovely large room with a king size bed, bed side tables, a pine chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.
Outside: The lovely cottage-style front garden is enclosed and has a table and chairs to seat four people. It’s a great spot for people-watching on the High Street. On-road parking can usually be found in nearby side streets and in the pay and display car park close by.
