About the property
63A Crag Path has an enviable location on the seafront, with fabulous uninterrupted sea views from both the big bay window in the living room and the kitchen/dining room balcony.
This is a first floor self catering holiday apartment with a large living room and a long kitchen/dining room complete with a sheltered balcony. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and a balcony plus an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has bunk beds and there’s also a family shower room. The flat comes with its own parking space, a rare thing in Aldeburgh! This very comfortable property is furnished in a more traditional-style than some of our more contemporary-style properties.
The accommodation
Open plan kitchen/dining room with balcony: The first floor front door leads into a long kitchen/dining room with stripped period floorboards. At one end there’s a table and chairs to seat four and patio doors that lead out to a balcony with stunning sea views, complete with an outdoor table and benches. The well-equipped kitchen has fitted wooden painted units and a small breakfast bar. Appliances include a tall side by side fridge freezer with ice dispenser, an integrated gas hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, and microwave.
Living room: This large living room has a large bay window with a window seat to give you super views of both the sea in front and of Aldeburgh’s sea front to the left and right, in fact on a clear day you can see all the way to Thorpeness! There’s a gas fire, three sofas, a rocking chair and a flat screen TV with a DVD player.
Bedroom 1 with balcony: This large room has super views between Aldeburgh’s roof tops of the river and marshes. There’s a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables.
En-suite bathroom: There’s a bath with a hand-held shower attachment, a w.c. and a hand basin with a large mirror behind.
Bedroom 2: This room has a bunk bed with full-size single mattresses to sleep both adults and children. There’s a fitted wardrobe and a washing machine discretely hidden away in a cupboard.
Family shower room: With a corner shower, a w.c. and hand basin.
The property shares communal stairs with one other apartment.
Parking: the apartment has a parking space at the rear of the property.
About the area
This first floor apartment is ideally situated on Aldeburgh’s seafront and is close to the town’s popular cafes, independent shops, restaurants and other facilities.
What's included?
All prices include 100% cotton bed linen and towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.
The property is equipped with gas central heating, a gas fire in the living room, a gas hob and electric oven, a tall side by side fridge freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine, microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a CD/Radio player. A travel cot is available on request.
Restrictions: Sorry, no smoking, pets or unaccompanied teenagers permitted at the property.
Tariff
£470 to £950 a week depending on the time of year. Weekend and mid-week breaks are often available - please check the online calendar for availability details.

3. How to pay. When you have filled out your booking form you can choose to pay online by credit or debit card or send a cheque. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking. The balance and a £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit (subject to terms and conditions) are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Please note there is a 1.5% charge for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit card or cheque payments.
